Harshit Singh
I sell, and I build the things I sell. I've built pipelines for other companies, and I keep making the case that most "we need more SDRs" problems are really offer problems.
Currently in the market for my next sales seat. Based in Gurugram, open to Bangalore and Delhi NCR.
Currently working on
Studying go-to-market and revenue at Hive School of Business, where I'm also handling partnerships, and writing GTM teardowns of companies I don't work at.
The current obsession is outbound as a behavioural problem rather than a volume one. Most sequences fail because they're about the sender.
The numbers
- ₹6 Cr+ pipeline built for Leverage Careers
- ₹1.25 Cr closed with HISPA Talent, plus the partnership signed alongside it
- ₹30L acquisition offer for 25% of UniInsightt
- 30% of outreach turned into conversations, up from 12%
- 52 meetings booked in 12 weeks
- 50–60 cold calls a day, on leads I sourced myself
- ₹8L prospect pipeline from the SaaS industry
To see what that looks like at your company rather than mine, try the calculator.

-
Growth Marketing Creator onboarding · outreach · brand partnerships, both sides of the marketplace
-
Co-Founder Market research · SEO · investor conversations · ran a team of three
The longer version, with the reasoning, is on the resume page.

Recommendations
I worked with Harshit for 3 months. We worked together on generating leads as well as other aspects of B2B outreach. He is a quick learner and has good communication skills. Recommended person to work with.

He has a natural talent for sales and an impressive understanding of digital marketing and lead generation strategies… I highly recommend Harshit to anyone looking for a driven and talented business development professional.

Mountains, mostly. I hike whenever the calendar lets me and I'm insufferable about it afterwards. The rest of the week it's the gym. Lifting turns out to be the same bargain as outbound: show up, add a little, repeat, and let the volume do the arguing. Coffee and music run underneath all of it.
I listen to Modern Wisdom more than is reasonable, and I've been learning the craft side of sales from Alex Hormozi and Charlie Morgan, whose Imperium material I've worked through properly rather than skimmed. Three things from them that changed how I actually sell:
- Make the offer the variable.
- Volume negates luck.
- You cannot want it more than they do.
Underneath all of it I think human behaviour is the actual skill. Deals close on pattern recognition, noticing what someone does rather than what they say.
Want to talk?
I'm looking for a sales seat where the offer is good enough to argue about. If that's the one you're hiring for, put something on my calendar, or just email me, I read everything.
And before you ask what I'd actually do in the seat, here are my first 90 days, in writing. Dates, numbers, what I need from you, and the condition under which I'd tell you it isn't working.
I reply within a day. +91 84230 15097, imhrsht@gmail.com, or LinkedIn.
Not ready for a call? Tell me who you are and I'll come to you instead.
